Signed in lower right. Titled "Wirtsgarten am Starnberger See" on a artist label on verso and inscribed "I. Fassung Cafe Berg Starnberg" by a hand other than that of the artist. 42.4 x 47.3 cm (16.6 x 18.6 in) . [CE/CH].

With a written expertise from Galerie Schüller, Gilching, dated August 19, 1995. There titled: "Café Berg am Starnberger See". We are grateful to Mr Wolfgang Schüller, Munich, for his kind support in cataloging this lot.

PROVENANCE: Collection Hermann Reiner, Babenhausen (inscribed with the collector's name on verso by a hand other than that of the artist).
Galerie Schüller, Gilching.
Private collection Southern Germany (acquired from aforementioned in 1995).
