Oil on paper with canvas embossing, laminated on board.
Monogrammed in lower left, dated in lower right. Verso signed, dated and inscribed. 17.7 x 12.7 cm (6.9 x 5 in). Backing board: 32,5 x 25 cm ( 12,7 x 9,8 in).

- from the possession of Emmy "Galka" Scheyer
- Meditation in pastose manner
Accompanied by a certificate issued by the Alexej von Jawlensky Archive S.A., Muralto, confirming the work's inclusion into the catalog raisonné. The work will be publicized in the 4th volume of the series "Bild und Wissenschaft. Forschungsbeiträge zu Leben und Werk Alexej von Jawlenskys".
