Thickly painted in strong colors
T may stand for "Techelet" Hebrew for "blue" or rather “sky blue“, why also describes the infinity of the sky and the ocean (azure)
This is a key work in the development of the "blue stripes", of which Tal R created the main works in full wall format between 2000 and 2002
• In 2017/2018 the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam honored the artist with the grand retrospective exhibition "Academy of Tal R"
