Krüger H 96. Signed and dated "1912". One of the rare hand-colored proofs aside from the edition of 23 copies published by Gurlitt in 1911 (of which 8 hand-colored on laid paper) . On simili Japon. 40.2 x 32.1 cm (15.8 x 12.6 in). Sheet: 61 x 50,5 cm (23,8 x 19,8 in).
Sheet 1 of the series "Badende". Another copy is in the Graphische Sammlung Albertina, Vienna.
• Remarkable graphic document from the Brücke era, particularly captivating for its expressionistic motif anf the expressive coloring.
• Very rare. Only 2 other hand-colored copies were offered on the international auction market since the 1980s. (Source: artprice.com).
