Lower right signed and dedicated "A sadar Wada tres amicalement 24/3/62". Verso inscribed with the work number "P.M.1961-66" and with two direction arrow. On smooth white board. 49.7 x 36.5 cm (19.5 x 14.3 in).

• Characteristic, energetic composition with fine accentuations in blue, brown and yellow.
• The line is the key characteristic feature in Hartung's multi-faceted oeuvre, which he increases to a dynamic gesture in close-up view.
• In 1975 the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, honored the European protagonist of Informalism with a solo show.
