Private collection, late 18th century (title by hand "Atlas pour Frédéric Luckemeyer", dat. 1797). Contains a small, decorative selection of maps from the Nouvel atlas, très-exact et fort commode (Phillips/Le Gear 3488): Worldmap in two hemispheres (with surface colouring), Europe, Africa, Asia, North- and Southamerica as well as sowie Spain, France, Italy, Germany (with Switzerland and Austria), Great Britain and Greece. - 2 maps waterstained in the margin, 1 map with slightly torn centerfold, worldmap with verso mounted ms. title, Southamerica with small corner tearout. Binding somewhat scraped and stained.
