With 178 woodcut in the text by Virgil Solis and woodcut printer's devcie on title. Frankfurt, Joh. Feyerabend for S. Feyerabend, H. Takke and P. Fischer 1587. Contemp. pigskin binding, richly blindstamped and with blindstamped centre panels (Justitia, Lucretia) and monogram "G B K - 1598". 8vo. 8 ll., 573 pp., 9 ll.
VD 16, O 1660. - Not in BM STC and Adams. - Later edition by Feyerabend, with the nice woodcuts by Virgil Solis (first in 1563). - With various degrees of stains, title almost detached, flying endppaers removed. Binding bumped and stained.
With 179 woodcuts in text by Virgil Solis and woodcut printer's device on title. Contemp. blindpressed pigskin, panels with Justitia and Lucretia (each 7,5 : 4,3 cm). - Stained, title loosened, flying frontpapers removed. Binding bumped and somewhat stained.
