VD 16, E 1646. - BM STC, German Books p. 273. - Adams E 254. - Heretical story by the disputatious Epiphanius (4th century; bishop of Constantia on Salamis and Metropolit of Cyprus), in which he makes an attempt to gather all written sources and oral traditions on heretics from the world's beginnings up until his days. - Title with ownership entries by old hand. Binding scraped, mended and renewed, joints torn and with defective spots. Pastedown with ex-libris of an old monastery in Saint-Trond, Belgium.
