Notabilia cancellariae apost(olicae). Lateinische Handschrift auf Papier. Rom 1585.

Sauber geschriebene italienische Kursiv-Handschrift mit Anweisungen für die päpstliche Kanzlei. Dekorativ gebunden in einem Renaissance-Einband mit ornamentaler Vergoldung.

Lambertini war Doktor beider Rechte und päpstlicher Referendar unter Gregor XIII. und Sixtus V.

Einband: Zeitgenössischer weinroter Maroquineinband mit reicher ornamentaler Deckel- und Rückenvergoldung. 28 : 21 cm.- KOLLATION: 41 nn., 345 num. Bll. Blattgröße 26,5 : 20 cm. Mit brauner Tinte von 1 Hand geschrieben. 27 Zeilen, mit Randnoten.- ZUSTAND: Leicht stockfleckig, Tinte tls. etw. durchschlagend, wenige Bll. am Anfang und Ende mit ergänzten Randläsuren. Kanten tls. leicht berieben, Schließbänder entfernt, Rücken mit Knickspur und am unt. Kap. restauriert, Vorsätze erneuert.- PROVENIENZ: Titel mit Stempel der Dominikanerabtei Tirlemont (Tienen).

Fine Italian handwriting in a decorative Renaissance binding. Latin manuscript on paper. Richly gilt morocco. 41 nn., 345 numb. leaves. Sheet size 26,5 : 20 cm. - Slight foxing, few leaves at beginning and end with backed marginal defects, ink partly shining through. Edges slightly rubbed in places, spine with crease and restored at bottom, endpapers renewed. Provenance: Title with stamp of the Dominican abbey Tirlemont (Tienen).
