Balwé's post-impressionist lyrical landscapes, still lifes and flower pieces are executed in a strong and pastose coloring with a vital stroke of the brush. "Balwé's pictures make the observer want to be part of this world. No artist can reach anything higher than taking people out of their everyday routines."
