Sechs Bände der Reihe, Exemplar im gesuchten Quartformat, mit sehr schönen, fein kolorierten, teils großflächigen Pflanzendarstellungen. "This quarto edition is much the more desirable of the two as the plates are fully colored, while those in the octavo edition are only partially colored" (de Belder 220). - Nur vereinz. minim. stockfl. oder schwach gebräunt, sonst sauber und breitrandig. Titel des letzten Bandes mit altem Stempel, Einbde. berieben, Rücken bzw. Gelenke meist restauriert, bei 1 Bd. Gelenke tls. geplatzt.
