Stand numbered and inscribed "F-219" and with the embossing stamps "Madoura Plein Feu" and "Empreinte originale de Picasso". Copy 150/200. Diameter: 42 cm (16.5 in).

• A large-scale work featuring a detailed, scenic depiction from Picasso’s diverse body of ceramic work.
• Jaqueline Roque, a ceramics saleswoman at Madoura and the artist’s lover and last wife, is the woman most frequently depicted in his work.
• The work has been in private family ownership for over 30 years.
PROVENANCE: Private collection, Baden-Württemberg.
