Large- sized, expressive chest portrait of the composer in an empty opera hall, presumably the Hamburg State Opera, seated and looking in the direction of the stage with the hands entwined. - Strawinsky was staying in Hamburg in 1962 on occasion of his 80th birthday, where some of his works were performed in the State Opera. - Framed under glass, unopened.
