"The Muck series suggests a figure created from structure and rhythme, while the abstract forms, represented by the instruments, dominate the composition. What Nesch says about the image of the conductor with the baton accounts for the complete series: "A vision charged with music", a vision that shines bright in the dark, a vision that can't be explained without listening."
