Book with a Woodcut of Rosa Schapir's monogram, 19 color reprographics of postcards from the Brücke artist to Rosa Schapire and a text by Heinz Wietek. Published by Heinz Wietek in Insel Verlag, Wiesbaden branch.
With a personal dedication monogrammed by Karl Schmidt-Rottluff on the flyleaf. Book: 18.2 x 1 cm (7.1 x 0.3 in).
The woodcut of Rosa Schapire's monogram on the book's last text leaf is a smaller version (ø 2 cm) of the "Briefverschluss für Rosa Schapire" (ø 3,8 cm) that Karl Schmidt-Rottluff made for Rosa Schapire in 1918. [EH].
