Heiderich 939. Versowith the estate stamp (Lugt 1775b) and presumably titled, dated, inscribed and numbered by Elisabeth Erdmann-Macke. On brownish wove paper. 9.9 x 16 cm (3.8 x 6.2 in), the full sheet.

• From the collection of the expressionist painter Hans Thuar, a good friend of Macke, and father of Macke's daughter-in-law since.
• Made during the carnival season in Bonn, where Macke lived again since late 1910.
• In 1911 Macke was a founding member of the "Blauer Reiter"
