"The title says that this is about the relationship between people. Okay, but do not expect my drawings to be illustrations of a conventional idyllic love. The realist that I am, the reed pen and ink brush serve primarily to record what I see and observe, and that is mostly unromantic, sober and not very dreamlike."

Quoted from: George Grosz, Über alles die Liebe, Berlin 1930.

In an overall fine impression. All in all slightly unevenly discolored and foxed. With handling marks and isolated kinks along the left margin. With a small pinhole and tiny splits in corners and along the edges. Upper left corner with a loss and a skillfully mended paper blemish and with isolated small skillfully rebacked spots.
