Entstand als Frontispiz für den Gedichtband Alruner von Emmanuel Goldstein.
1 von 350 Exemplaren. - Zweiter Druck der Graphik, der erste entstand 1892 auf kleinerem Papier bei Pacht & Crone.
- ZUSTAND: Unter Passepartout und Glas gerahmt. Blattränder unter dem Passepartout gebräunt, im Passepartoutausschnitt mit Lichtrand (im weißen Rand) von einem früheren, kleineren Passepartout. Mit kl. Loch im linken Bildrand.
LITERATUR: Woll IV, 1.
Collotype, signed in the plate in the lower left margin. On laid paper. Second edition of the print, 1 of 350 copies, serving as the frontispiece in the anthology "Alruner" by E. Goldstein (1916). - Matted and framed. Margins tanned under the cardboard of the passepartout, white margins in window of passepartout with slight matburn from an earlier (smaller) passepartout. With small hole in left margin of illustration.
