This pocket atlas, edited by a clergyman, was published in Antwerpen, in the former Spanish Netherlands. A peculiar aspect is the Spanish text. The map titles are in French. It should be evaluated as a Catholic world atlas." (Koemann) - Mit grenzkolorierten Karten europäischer Länder sowie von Asien (8), Afrika (1) und Amerika (1), zu Beginn eine große Sternkarte, ohne die Weltkarte. - Tlw. etw. fleckig (1 Karte im Rand stärker), Frontispiz in grobem, etw. unsauberem Kolorit, 10 Karten bis zur Einfasssungsbordüre beschnitten, 1 Karte im Falz hinterlegt, Sternkarte mit kl. Fehlstelle in der Darstellung. Vorderes Gelenk eingerissen.First edition. - With Engraved coloured frontispice and 42 (of 43; 1 folding) double-page engraved maps with outline colour. - Occasionally stained, 10 maps trimed to border, 1 map rebacked in the folding, celest. chart with defective spot affecting the illustration.
