"Diese Bildfolge hat ein kleines, ovales Format, deren Umrahmung teilweise von anderer Hand herrührt. Virgil Solis und Tobias Stimmer sollen am ornamentalen Teil dieser Kleinholzschnitte beteiligt gewesen sein .. Die Bedeutung dieser Folge liegt in ihrer Reichhaltigkeit" (Schmidt).

Mod. leather over wooden boards with label on spine. - Some staining in places (only occasionally stronger), a few leaves with waterstains, some old underlining or marginalia, last few leaves with small wormholes, a few old colored woodcuts, title torn and more heavily stained.
