Widmungsexemplar des Autors, mit eigenhändiger Zeichnung und Signatur des Künstlers Johann Hauser.
Erste Künstlermonographie des Arztes Leo Navratil (1921-2006), der sich eingehend mit dem Thema Kunst und Schizophrenie beschäftigte. Johann Hauser (1926-1996) war seit seinem 17. Lebensjahr in psychiatrischen Anstalten untergebracht und arbeitete zum Publikationszeitpunkt bereits mehr als 20 Jahre mit dem Psychiater zusammen.
Das weiße Vorblatt mit eigh. Widmung des Autors für Peter B. Ulrich, datiert 24. Juni 1981, das photographische Porträt vom Künstler eigenhändig signiert und das fliegende vordere Vorsatzblatt mit eigh. Zeichnung in Blei- und Buntstift von Johann Hauser.
EINBAND: Orig.-Leinenband mit blindgeprägtem Rückentitel und illustriertem Orig.-Umschlag. 27,5 : 21 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit zahlreichen, teils farbigen Abbildungen. - ZUSTAND: Schutzumschlag rückseitig etwas schmutzfleckig und mit kl. Randeinriß.
Author's presentation copy, with dedication by the author to Peter B. Ulrich, dated June 24, 1981 and with a hand-drawn sketch and signed photographic portrait by the artist Johann Hauser. First monograph of the physician Leo Navratil (1921-2006). Orig. cloth with blind-stamped spine title and orig. illustr. dust jacket. 27.5 : 21 cm. - Dust jacket slightly soiled on the reverse and with small marginal tear.
